Do Korean dental clinics offer packages for international patients, including hotel and airport pickup?
Short answer
Some agencies sell dental travel packages, but Smile Studios provides dental care only — we don't arrange hotels, airport pickup or travel packages. International patients book their own flights and accommodation once the dentist has suggested visit dates, which keeps the treatment plan, not a package schedule, in charge of your trip.

Smile Studios provides dental care only
Smile Studios Dental Clinic (스마일스튜디오치과의원) doesn't offer travel packages, hotel bookings or airport pickup. We're a dental clinic: we examine, plan, treat and look after your teeth. Your flights, accommodation and transport are arranged by you.
That's partly a matter of Korean regulation — arranging travel and accommodation for foreign patients is a separately regulated activity — and partly a matter of priorities. Your treatment schedule should be decided by your teeth, not fitted into a package itinerary.

Why a package isn't necessary
A package mostly saves you a few bookings — and Seoul is easy to arrange independently. The city has a dense subway network, and Gangnam has a wide range of accommodation within a short ride of Nonhyeon Station. Airport rail and buses run from Incheon International Airport into the city.
| Package promise | Doing it yourself |
|---|---|
| Hotel included | Choose a hotel that suits your budget and preferences, near Gangnam |
| Airport pickup | Airport rail, buses or a taxi into Seoul |
| Fixed itinerary | Schedule built around your actual treatment plan |
| One booking | A few separate bookings, with full flexibility to change dates |
The flexibility matters. If the examination shows something that needs treating first, or a try-in calls for a small adjustment, you can shift your plans without unpicking a package.
When choosing where to stay, think about the days of your clinic visits rather than the sightseeing days. A place within a short subway ride of Nonhyeon Station (Line 7) or anywhere in Gangnam keeps appointment days simple. Look for a room where you can rest comfortably after a longer appointment, and check that you can extend by a night or two if your schedule shifts. If you're travelling with family or a friend, they're welcome to explore the city while you're at the clinic — the visits themselves don't require a companion.
How to plan your own trip
Plan in this order: photos, dates, then bookings.
- Send photos for a pre-consultation, so the dentist can suggest how many visits you'll need.
- Agree visit dates — most veneer cases take two to three visits over about a week.
- Book flights and accommodation with a buffer day or two before departure.
- Prepare records and packing — see our dental trip checklist.

Staying in touch during your trip
English-speaking patients can reach the clinic on WhatsApp before, during and after the trip, and consultations are available in English, Japanese and Chinese. Treatment is handled personally by Dr. Young-kyung Kim from examination to aftercare.
When you're ready to start, send us photos of your smile along with the dates you're considering.
